KML Feature Extractor: A KML conversion program - Win98/Me/NT/2K/XP  
A program designed to extract the features of KML/KMZ files (the native format of Google Earth). The program will scan for features, extract them, and convert them to shapefiles. The shapefiles can then be imported into most GIS applications. The program can generate 2D or 3D shapefiles, create corresponding projection files, and can display the results in a native map viewer.
Ruby: A database-driven program for cataloging CD-Rs, DVDs, and other media - Win9x/Me/NT/2K/XP 
A program designed to catalog the files on any media connected to a computer. The media can consist of CD-Rs, DVDs, USB drives, etc. A search can be initiated on the database just like the Windows Find feature. Find the disc that a particular file is on with this utility. Can also catalog floppies, Zip disks, other removable media, and even hard drives. Available as shareware. Send me feedback or recommendations on adding a feature.
DiskSurvey: A program to survey a disk's space usage - Win9x/Me/NT/2K/XP
A program designed to recursively analyze a disk drive, folder, or any other media connected to a computer and display collective information. It is especially useful when cleaning up a drive or determining what folders are taking up the most space. Features include: Save results to PDF, Excel, CSV, text, and HTML. Display total object sizes as well as file count. Scan and match only specific file parameters as input by the user.

APU: Abel's Power Utility - Win9x/Me/NT/2K/XP
A small utility that is useful for customizing your Windows environment. Contains links to many commonly used Windows functions as well as other useful utilities. My first VB program available as freeware. Send me feedback or recommendations on adding a feature.
LANster: A LAN search program - Win9x/Me/NT/2K/XP
A freeware search program designed to be used on most LANs. It is especially useful at LAN parties. Search for MP3s, game patches, picture and video files or whatever. Features include: Open or Explore a folder where a file resides, sample files remotely, view MP3 information, search as you would using the Windows Find.
STUD: A database-driven program for cataloging Star Trek Universe cards - Win9x/Me/NT/2K/XP
A freeware program developed to keep track of the collectible Star Trek Universe cards distributed by Atlas Editions/Newfield Publications. Although the cards have been discontinued, I hope that this software will facilitate the continued enjoyment of the cards by the many Star Trek fans.
