I regularly visit PlanetSourceCode to get ideas or to get help when Im stuck. There are tons of excellent samples of source code.
I also use a completely freeware product called Inno Setup to make my install packages. Its a script based program thats easy to learn and has many features. Comparable to many over priced installer programs.
