Hi! Love the program, it is quite useful and very fast. Many thanks for making it available. Had a little trouble with file descriptions until I read the pinned message and changed that setting. My request is also to do with file descriptions.
If this capability already exists and I am just missing it then I apologize in advance.
What I would like to be able to do is select a bunch of files all at once and give them all the same file description. In this instance I am using the field to indicate genre info for mp3 files so that I can do generalized searches by genre type later on.
Is there a way to do this now, or are you thinking of adding this in the future?

The feature is not in the program. It sounds like a good idea though. I didnt know people would use it for scanning in MP3's but I guess thats something that I didnt think of. I'll see how easy it is to implement and I will post any findings.

Ok, its in there now. I just need to do a little optimization and clean it up. Send me an email if you want to test it before I release it.

I have it packaged but was awaiting any bug reports from people testing it. The install i have is pretty much what will be released. Im away for the weekend so Ill send it to you when I get back.
