Im working on the newest version of Ruby which will properly enumerate the contents of large zip files (>2.1GB). Currently if the zip file is larger than 2.1GB or if a file or files within the zip file are large than 2.1Gb then the program will not read the contents properly. This should be fixed in the next release. Other compressed files such as RAR files will probably have the same problem. A more robust approach for all compressed files is also currently being investigated.AGP |
